No scores, no grades, no guesses. Every number is one YouTube counted, and your videos are only ever compared with your own.

A view count means nothing on its own: 20K is a hit for one channel and a slow week for another.

Every video next to your usual

Studio puts each video next to the middle of your own videos of the same kind, at the same age, and writes one line about what actually happened: when it took off, where the views came from, what it brought in.Free for one channel, updated every day.

What is ChannelGrade?

A dashboard for your YouTube channel. Every video is compared with your own other videos, so you see which ones actually worked. It follows channels like yours and shows when one of their videos takes off, and it checks your title and thumbnail in real YouTube search before you post. On a plan it also reads every video and its comments and tells you what to change and what to make next.

Is it really free?

Yes. The free plan covers one channel: every video compared with your usual, views per day, 3 channels like yours, 3 checks a month before you post, and with YouTube Studio connected the retention curve, traffic sources and audience. No card needed.

How do you decide a video is a hit?

We compare its views with your own videos of the same kind (Shorts with Shorts, videos with videos) at the same age, 7 days old when YouTube Studio is connected. A hit is at least twice your usual and in your top quarter. Videos that are too new, or channels with too few videos to compare, are labelled that way instead of guessed.

Do you score my thumbnails and titles?

No, on purpose. Nobody can score a thumbnail and know how it will do: the same thumbnail gets 500 views on one channel and 5 million on another. Before you post we show it in real YouTube search next to the videos you are up against, and run checks that give the same answer every time. After you post, the real numbers show what worked.

What does connecting YouTube Studio add?

The numbers only YouTube Studio has: watch time, the retention curve of every video with the big drops marked, where viewers came from and who they are. It is included in the free plan.

How is this different from vidIQ or TubeBuddy?

Those are great for keyword research. ChannelGrade is about what actually happened: your videos against your own usual, the second viewers leave, what your comments ask for, and which videos are taking off for channels like yours. Plenty of creators use both.

Does it work for Shorts?

Yes. Shorts are only ever compared with your other Shorts, and the reading looks at the first seconds someone scrolling the feed sees.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are monthly and you can cancel from Settings in a couple of clicks. Your free plan keeps working after.

Check your channel. It takes ten seconds.
