On screen: one still shot of the pan while the voice-over explains the rule. Said: "so the reason this works is". Likely why: the payoff already happened, and the explanation is slower than everything before it.
Why: StarterYour title and thumbnail in real YouTube search, next to the videos you are up against. Checks that give the same answer every time, no made-up scores.
Channels like yours, each video against that channel's own usual. You see the moment one of theirs takes off.
Mostly excited and asking for more. A few viewers say the music drowns out your voice in the middle.
They ask you to make
do this in the snow next PLEASE
what spices did you use at 2:10?
They ask

how many hours was the hike in

FAQ
What categories get graded on my report card?
Your channel is scored across six dimensions: title effectiveness, upload consistency, niche authority, view-to-subscriber ratio, content diversity, and growth trajectory. Each category receives a letter grade (A+ through F) along with specific feedback on what to improve.
Why is my grade lower than I expected?
The grading system benchmarks your channel against best practices for creators at your subscriber level. Even successful channels often score a B or C in categories like upload consistency or niche focus. The goal is not a perfect score, it is identifying the one or two areas where a small improvement would have the biggest impact on your growth.
Can I use this to audit a competitor channel?
Yes, and it is one of the smartest uses of this tool. Run a report on channels in your niche to see where they excel and where they fall short. Their weak categories are your opportunity to differentiate.
How do I improve my grades over time?
Focus on the lowest-graded category first, that is where you will see the biggest return. Implement the action items, upload a few videos with those changes, then re-run the report in 2-4 weeks to track your progress.
